Terms & Conditions: CODE BLUE- BLS Training Program by The Rescue Federation®
- General: By registering for the CODE BLUE-Basic Life Support (BLS)Training organized by The Rescue Federation®, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
- Registration & Payment: The participation fee is ₹2,999/- per person (inclusive of training, certification, meals, and complimentary health check-up). Payment must be completed in full through the provided Cashfree payment gateway to confirm your seat. Bookings are non-transferable and subject to seat availability.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once registered, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances (including no-shows or change of plans). In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergency or event rescheduling by organizers), registration may be shifted to the next available batch upon approval. Refunds will only be processed if the event is cancelled by The Rescue Federation® itself.
- Event Conduct: Participants must report by 9:30 AM for ID verification and breakfast. Late arrivals may miss portions of the program without refund eligibility. The organizers reserve the right to deny participation to anyone found violating event rules, misbehaving, or disrupting the session. Health check-ups (BP, Sugar, BMI) are complimentary and voluntary; results are for awareness only, not for diagnostic or treatment purposes.
- Certification: Participants completing the full session and practical evaluation will receive a Rescue Federation® BLS Certificate, recognized nationwide. Certificates will be issued digitally or physically at the end of the session.
- Liability Disclaimer: The Rescue Federation® and venue partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or personal belongings misplaced during the event. Participants are responsible for their own medical conditions and must inform the team of any pre-existing health concerns before participating in hands-on sessions.
- Use of Photos & Media: By attending the event, you grant permission to use photographs or videos taken during the program for marketing, training, or documentation purposes.
- Privacy Policy: Participant data collected during registration is used strictly for communication, certification, and future course updates. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- Organizer Rights: The Rescue Federation® reserves the right to modify the venue, timing, or content of the event for operational reasons, with prior notice where possible. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), the program may be postponed, and participants will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
